Which protein is the best to take?

Whether you're a female or male, trying to lose or gain weight, PROTEIN is a necessity in your life. Protein, which is a long chained amino acid, are essential for function, structure, and regulation of the your body's cells, tissues, and organs. The USDA suggest that adults take on a daily 0.08 grams per kilograms of their body weight depending of their body type.

Now that you know the importance of protein. Which protein do I take? We will begin with the types of protein that exist and where can it be found. Most foods have complete protein already,like meats, eggs, and oatmeal. So there really is no need for you to get protein powder. Also, as i mentioned previously, they are a long chain amino acid. There exist so many different types of protein. Some of these powder sold by company don't carry them all. Regardless, if you feel that you are not reaching your goal you can add protein powder to your diet. Now which powder do I get? Well you have whey, soy, hemp, pea, casein, and vegan protein. Depends on you if you are vegan then take hemp, pea , and vegan protein. If you are trying to gain weight then whey and casein would be best for you. If you are a female then soy would be best for you. One thing for sure is that you must know how much protein you are taking. The rest is keeping it consistently with your diet.
